We provide comprehensive geriatric assessments for people with concerns about but not limited to:
- Cognitive difficulties, memory loss, confusion, and change in mental wellbeing
- Falls assessment and falls prevention strategies
- Review and rationalisation of medications when appropriate
- Frailty and nutritional status
Perioperative Care
Being co-located in a state-of-the-art surgical hospital, we work alongside our leading orthopaedic, plastic, and general surgeons to provide high quality, patient-centred perioperative care that can be safely managed on site.
Perioperative care is given to patients before, during, and after a surgical procedure.
