We provide comprehensive geriatric assessments for people with concerns about but not limited to:
- Cognitive difficulties, memory loss, confusion and changes in mental wellbeing
- Falls assessment and falls prevention strategies
- Review and rationalisation of medications when appropriate
- Frailty and nutritional status
Perioperative Care
Being co-located in a state-of-the-art surgical hospital, we work alongside our leading orthopaedic, plastic and general surgeons to provide high quality, patient centred perioperative care that can be safely managed on site.
Perioperative care is given to patients before, during and after a surgical procedure.
